No significant grade differences were found. However, LMS data showed students who accessed more content earned higher final grades. GPA was a strong predictor, and first-semester transfer students and underclassmen underperformed. A survey of 1,509 Americans found 81% consider obesity the top health problem. We assessed 160 Austin Peay State University students across three Wellness Hub events using BMI, waist circumference, and body fat measurements. Nearly half eat fast food sometimes; 64.6% feel body composition affects daily life. Results showed 60% understood normal iron levels, with most identifying iron-rich foods like spinach, other vegetables, fish, and red meat.
